The Greek  framework given to arrive at the truth opens the door for the Paganic justifications. Whether that be the "Logos" the "Jesus-God-Spirit" or the Zeusian philosophies or the Brahmic-God heads.

Should he Muslim operate in this framework ?

Or can we derive a philosophy closer to what the Quran and prophets bring. Should we get our feet dirty in the mud?
