Judging a people? Is it correct or NOT?

What is the correct way to judge a person?

Is it correct to judge a people?

Here is my take on it. People usually use generic statements on  judging people ... although this has some truth to it from multiple perspectives. Cultures of people usually have characteristics, so judging, stereotyping is a shortcut to forming conclusions. What is NOT correct is judging an individual based on the characteristic of their people. This is because although biologically they may fall into belonging to a people more likely than not that they do not represent the general characteristic of that people. This is because cultures are affected by a multitude of variables and a lot has to do with the blessings from God their people "generally" have gained.

Every culture or people has their characteristic but this is a general characteristic and biologically just like dogs have been bred with particular attributes "we" humans are not Dogs (fully conscious with a soul) and only certain genetic attributes can be bred not necessarily whole personalities.
