In the creation of the finger all knowledge (of the world) needs to be known in order to fashion it.
From its (finger) interactions, balance with the brain, it's abilities in conjunction with the body it's nimbleness, sensitivity and fluidity.
It's limitedness (length, number and width), it's nimbleness to strike a fire and it's limitedness and balance, sensitiveness, when interacting the the universe. Neither too hard, too course, or too frigid.
In the creation of the finger only the ONE WHO IS THE MOST KNOWEDGEABLE (Al-Aleem) and Powerful (Al-Azeez) Can produce it.
In the creation of the universe, it's mathematical beauty in its constants, the power in its construction, it's beauty in it's stars and planets. Only the (Al-Azeez) The Most Powerful can construct it.
And Al-Aleem (The most knowledgeable) knowing and planned that we will use our minds to count the number number of days.
