Just a few issues from my long term association with Salafism/Wahabism. Note, this is just a few points ..... Although generally i still believe that in terms of core Aqeedah that Salafism has done a great deal in clarification and truthfulness.This is not an attack on Scholars or people perse because Allah is the judge this is just a personal account of my feelings. And i love all Muslims and Scholars of lsaam but no one is perfect and we all seek our truth.
Wahdatul wujud - Misconceptions on Ibn-Arabi's thought, again not explaining to the masses sufficiently, either/or in its refutations.
Praying With Hands to the sides - Misconception on Malki Fiqh and the Amal of Medina and affecting Unity of the Muslims.
Creation of Saudi- Promoted as Non rebellion against the Caliphate although contrary to the facts.
The "Mawlid" - Not explaining the prophets Birthday in a context
of "Ibn Taymiyan" Framework sufficiently
Fatwas - Incorrect/contradictory fatwas propagated. Nowadays changing fatwas in response to external pressures and realization of reality.
Unity/Brotherhood - Promoting disunity, changing frameworks, and "cultlsm" rationale and dubious fatwas on foreign policies.
